Lead qualification form
To support its growth, Nopillo called on our agency to build a multi-stage questionnaire on its website. This questionnaire should not only be used to qualify site visitors but also allow them to subscribe to an offer adapted to their needs.
Creating the form
The form was created in Javascript on Webflow using an adapted library. Our team was thus responsible for integrating the client's Figma models by creating the stages and the corresponding 'dead-ends'.
Total calculation and Stripe payment
We then developed in Javascript all the logic for calculating prices based on the number of goods concerned by the demand, the number of years for the contract or even the eligibility of the prospect for subsidies or not. A stripe session is then generated at the end of the process to allow the user to subscribe in the form of a single payment and subscriptions.
Synchronizing with Hubspot
Thanks to a combination of Javascript code, webhook and Zapier calls, all the data in the form goes back to the Hubspot customer files, even in the event of user abandonment (after a period of inactivity or after leaving the browser). In this way, Nopillo's sales and marketing teams can capture the necessary information and follow up with prospects at the right time.
Tracking with Google Tag Manager
Tags configured on form events have been deployed to allow client teams to visualize/understand and optimize the conversion funnel of the qualification process.
