Ludivine Lacourt created Studio Témé to support women in sports, especially for those who are experiencing pivotal moments such as pregnancy, postnatal or menopause. Dependent on a third-party platform for its content and community, it decided to build its own platform in 2026.
Aperçu

From the tenant of a platform to the owner of its ecosystem

The context

Ludivine “Ludy” Lacourt did not create Studio Témé by chance. Mother of two children, internationally certified (Hong Kong, United States, United Kingdom), she saw from within what the fitness industry was forgetting: women's bodies do not follow a straight line. It goes through pregnancies, postpartum, cycles, menopause, and almost all programs on the market ignore these realities. Studio Témé was born from this void: a platform that supports women at every stage of their life, with programs designed for their real physiology: perineum, diastasis, hormones, mental load.

The problem

To launch her project, Ludy relied on Uscreen, a turnkey SaaS for video content creators. Logical decision at the start: no initial investment, quick online launch, focus on content. But as the audience grew, the tool became a ceiling. The user journey was standardized, it was impossible to offer a real orientation by life stage. Features specific to female fitness (filtering by pregnancy, perineum, postpartum) did not exist and would never happen. The brand identity was diluted in a template shared with thousands of other creators. SaaS fees eroded margins with each new subscriber. And above all, each evolution of Studio Témé depended on the roadmap of a third party player, not on his own.

It was no longer a launching tool. It was a strategic dependency.

The decision

Ludy was past the age of the starter tool. Studio Témé had earned the right to exist as a product in its own right, not a channel on someone else's marketplace. The direction was clear: leaving Uscreen, building a proprietary asset, regaining complete control of the product, brand, data, and margins.

What we built

A fully tailor-made web platform, designed around Ludy's vision and expertise. Intelligent onboarding that directs each user to the programs adapted to their stage of life. Signed video library, streamed in high quality. Expanded content space, sessions, recipes, advice from experts (physiotherapists, nutritionists, gynecologists). Autonomous back office that allows the Studio Témé team to publish, organize and develop the catalog without depending on anyone. Integrated subscription system, fully deployed visual identity, experience designed for mobile as well as for desktop.

The result

Studio Témé is no longer a hosted channel. It's a platform. An asset. A product that belongs to its founder, which evolves at her own pace, and which can now accommodate what the future of the brand will require: mobile application, community programs, partnerships, without ever running into the limits of a third-party tool.
